This range of food production line can be provided with different biscuit molders and technical formulas to manufacture multiple biscuits such as sandwiching biscuits, three-color biscuits, soda biscuits, crackers, super thin crackers, etc. It has become a popular cracker machine with extremely wide applicability.

This complete set of bakery equipment consists of a dough mixer, dough forming machine, tunnel oven, oil sprayer and powder scattering machine, as well as a cooling, stacking and packing conveyor. These types of individual cracker processing equipment are all indispensable for the industrial food machinery.

Among these individual machines, the biscuit forming machine and biscuit oven are designed with a PLC touch screen controller which boasts memory and feedback functions, ensuring easy operation and improving production efficiency. In addition, the tunnel oven features an integrated chamber design and other user-friendly designs such as forced exhaust before ignition, anti-explosion holes, air leakage warning, etc., ensuring excellent safety, thermal insulation and energy conservation.

The housing of the main machines in this food production line is constructed from 304# stainless steel. During production, we are in strict accordance with HACCP standards. For example, the conveyor belt driving roller and the roller of cutting machine are all covered with non-toxic and oil resistant rubber, and the belt is made of food grade PU.
