Cooling Conveyor, Stacker and Packing Conveyor For Bakery Equipment

What you see now is an integrated biscuit machine equipped at the rear of the whole production line which integrates a cooling conveyor, a stacker, and a packing conveyor.

After being sprayed with a layer of oil and powder, the biscuits will be transported on a PU cooling conveyor and naturally cooled. Then, the cooled biscuits will be piled orderly in the stacker. Finally, the stacked biscuits will be automatically separated into several flows and transported to the packing conveyor, or sent to the packing conveyor manually. Such bakery equipment is becoming indispensable in today's biscuit production lines. It can help food manufacturers considerably increase production efficiency.

This food conveyor is customized according to the available space of customers' workshops. It covers straight line conveying, aerial conveying, "Z" type conveying and 90° or 180° turning conveying. In addition, the biscuit conveyor for cooling, stacking and packing purposes can be provided with a vibrating biscuit feeder connected to the packing machine, which is not only convenient for workers to pick up biscuits but also ensure no blockages and damage during conveying.

Workers put the stacked biscuits on the vibrating biscuit feeder and then the biscuits will be sent to packing machine or sandwiching machine.

Technical Parameters of Cooling Conveyor

The differential type biscuit stacker comes with different speeds for front and back conveyor belts. The speed of the front one is faster than that of the back, so the cooled biscuits can be erected on the stacking conveyor, convenient for both manual and automatic packing.
